Njordr AS, a leading Nordic developer of renewable energy, has divested the Finnish subsidiary Nordi Offshore Wind Oy, to an international renewable energy development company for an undisclosed amount.

Njordr and OX2 have entered into a cooperation agreement with the aim of jointly developing the Galmsjömyran wind power project in the Sandviken municipality, Sweden, through a joint owned company with OX2 holding 51% of the shares and Njordr 49%.

Njordr’s Finnish subsidiary Nordi is planning a solarpower plant in the Lålby area in Kristinestad, Finland. The Technical Services Committee of Kristinestad has approved the preliminary contract for the project 6 June 2023 and the project will now proceed to the planning and permitting phase.
